Haiz.. School starts at 10 and i woke up at 650.. tot it was at 9.. didnt check my timetable before hand and leg.. now doin this blog because ive already get ready to go out and cant go back to sleep.. wasted.. sleep is precious.. you can sleep for hours and still feel tired.. but u can sleep for 1 hour, a deep sleep, it can last u for the whole day.. For me when i sleep, i set alarm like 4am and 6am to wake up and go back to sleep.. if i dont and sleep all the way through, i will not feel well rested.. some times even lethargic.. so now i found myself writing this post with full energy and got a waffle to munch on haha.. listening to TAKE COVER by MR BIG.. nice song ah.. go hear it when your reading my blog...
